Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding

Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
PUDDING
1 cup gluten-free flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup cacao
Pinch of salt
½ cup choice of milk
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
SAUCE
½ cup coconut sugar
1 ½ Tbsp cacao
1 ¼ cup hot water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius
- Add all dry PUDDING ingredients to a pudding dish and mix
- Add wet PUDDING ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture evenly across dish
- SAUCE- sprinkle coconut sugar evenly over the pudding mixture
- Sprinkle cacao over the top
- Gently pour hot water over, making sure all dry ingredients are covered
- Cook in oven for 30 minutes then serve with your favourite ice-cream.
