2 Minute Ramen
Ingredients
1 ½ Tbsp miso/vegetable broth powder
1 Tbsp tamari
½ clove garlic, finely chopped
¼ carrot, thinly sliced
1 leaf pak choy, chopped
2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 nori sheet, sliced
110g wok-ready noodles of choice
Hot water
Directions
- Add all ingredients, excluding hot water, to a jar or container
- Cover with a lid and keep in the fridge until ready to eat, or take to school or work
- When ready to eat, pour hot water into the jar until all ingredients are covered
- Cover with a lid, gently swirl to mix, and leave for 2 minutes
- Eat and enjoy!
